Having stomach problems since early march when i had food poisoning/threw up one night. feel full all the time/get full early, aversion to certain food textures, feels like stomach is always digesting food. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try to reduce your intake of food and exclude foods one at a time to see if that makes a difference. If you have lost weight it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
