I have been tested positive for covid19 4th of july. i'm feeling much better now. my only concern is that i am 4 days late for my period... can covid19 cause complications for not getting your period?

COVID 19 concerns: That depends. Mild COVID symptoms would not likely have a significant impact on your menstrual cycle. However, any serious infection that significantly stresses your body can lead to menstrual changes.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Wish you good health!
