Hi, i have a tight chest, i am asthmatic but my pump doesn't seem to help very long until i need it again. this was particularly bad last night while trying to sleep. with the current pandemic, i am quite concerned. ?

Steroids: You may be experiencing an exacerbation of your asthma. If the Albuterol is not effective, a steroid is needed to control your symptoms. Please watch for flu like symptoms, cough, fever, and shortness of breath. These may be signs of COVID 19. If you are having difficulty breathing, please see a physician right away. Avoid dust, smoke, pollen and animal dander.

Asthma: I agree with earlier response. This could be an exacerbation of asthma. If your inhaler is not adequate, you need to talk to your doctor as your medication doesn't currently sound adequate. Monitor for COVID 19 Sx'sL fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
