Plan B ?'s: "Plan B" is actually a birth control pill, and if taken within 24-48 hours after unprotected sex will be statistically protective in decreasing pregnancy chances. Just one "Plan B" is necessary, and is effective but not 100% if the unprotected sex occurred just prior to or a day or so after ovulation.
