Plan B: Whether or not - he was aware of ejaculating in the vagina - sperm can still be released. Plan B One Step would be a good way to prevent pregnancy. It sounds like Plan B is being used too often. Recommend a regular form of birth control rather than repeated use of an emergency contraceptive.
