A member asked:

I took my birth control last night and in the morning i didnt start my period does that mean im pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

OCP: It is hard to determine. I would need more information. Birth control pills have active and inactive medication. There is the active row with active medications and then there is the inactive portion of pills. Typically, you should get your period while taking the inactive row. The active row, typically you should be period free. It is important to take your birth control pills on schedule.
