Charcoal powder?: I do not know about the charcoal powder however I know that if your baby has diarrhea it is best to allow whatever germ that is causing it to exit the body fast rather than hold it in so activated charcoal may be absorbing toxins but is it toxin causing the diarrhea? It is important to make sure the baby has water and salt loss replaced and use barrier ointment for the diaper area and wash not wip
