Skin odors: Your question raises more questions. Do you have any other symptoms? Are you getting a rash where you shave? Are there any pimples or other signs of sores or infections? Do you itch where it smells bad? This is not normal so if this is severe you may want to get to your family doctor or a dermatologist.
