You can take Tylenol: you can take Tylenol or ibuprofen PRN if not allergic Tylenol up to 3000 mg per day ( it is the maximum dose you can take in a 24 hour period) ibuprofen 800 mg 3 times a day , also please go to PCP and check on your ears as well , as ear infections can cause headaches , ear pain and neck referred pain.
