URI: At this time it appears to be a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Rest up, drink adequate room temperature fluids and add lemon to water, take acetaminophen and use a nasal decongestant spray. Notify your MD if you suspect exposure to someone with covid19 or if you develop fever, persistent cough with any breathing difficulties. In the meantime isolate yourself from others just in case.
