Trying to conceive: The two diagnostic procedures listed are for the purposes of assessing your fertility capabilities. Laparoscopy can even be used at the same time to remove the fibroid as well. The surgeon can also perform a Fallopian tube insufflation test to check the tubes for patency. (open or not). A sperm analysis should also be considered for your male partner.
