I was exposed to someone 5 days ago who tested positive. last night i felt claustrophobic, and nauseated. that was quickly followed by diarrhea. that lasted until this morning. ?

Symptoms: This could be due to anxiety, a gastrointestinal infection and even COVID 19 is on the list. COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches.
