Mild random pains inside the vigina during my 6 weeks of pregnancy. the pain is very random - it comes like a spark then disappears - not sure what causes it. should i be worried?

Hard to say: A random pain like that is often not worrisome, but hard to explain. It could be related to a nerve irritated by the stretching of the uterus & surrounding tissues with the early pregnancy. If no other symptoms (fever, pain with urination, excessive nausea, unusual discharge ) then probably fine to wait & ask your OB provider when you have your next examination
