Hi, i'm a covid19 patient. since symptoms began to show, it's been +/-19 days. its my chest, breathing which is painful, hives and some coughing which isn't getting better or worse. i don't want to go to the hospital, should i be concern ,?

COVID 19: I would be concerned if it is painful to breath. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
