Test locally: If you have been exposed to someone who has Covid-19, or if you have symptoms: Fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath,fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, you can get tested to see if you are covid -19 positive. Testing will not change the treatment: Fluids, rest, Acetaminophen for pain/fever, decongestant, cough med.

Agree with Dr.: In addition to following Dr. Kratzberg's advice for your health,depending on where you live and how many cases of Covid there are there,testing can be helpful for others and to help contain community spread,by using contact tracing when someone tests positive,so that others can be notified and be advised to self-isolate.Many communities have local testing sites that you can go to.
