Hello. this morning my husband sneezed and he felt a pain in his penis, the bleeding started. he is in a lot of pain when he urinates. has been 4 times to urinate since this morning.

Kidney stone?: Above circumstances suggest possibly a migrated/passed kidney stone, among other possibilities. Overhydration along with acetaminophen or NSAID ( if not allergic, on blood thinners or otherwise instructed not to take) for pain control and until able to see a doc would be recommended.
