Had an iui on day 17 of cycle. since then- frequent on/off mild cramping, some nausea, night urination, darkening nipples, food cravings, but it is now day 31 with no bleeding, but no positive pregnancy test either? if not pregnant, what is cause?

Pregnancy ?'s: IUI on day 17 , even if successful and pregnancy has occurred , not enough pregnancy hormone will be produced by "day 31" to cause a positive "home pregnancy test" by that time. Check by obtaining a serum HCG test in another week to 10 days, which is very accurate in determining pregnancy.
