Skin parasites: There are some flies that could cause skin parasites and there are other forms of parasites that could do that. What you could do is to put like a cello tape or clear wrap over the area so that the parasite would not fall off but may be submitted for examination to the doctor and you then could be appropriately treated. Some just need to be removed and some may need medications.
