Nonspecific: Much more description of your symptoms is needed. A physician would take a history and system review and perform a physical examination in order to make a differential diagnosis and advise you. At this time I recommend resting, drinking adequate fluids and take acetaminophen for relief. An early viral infection is a possibility. See your physician if not improved.
