Spongy testis: You didn't get it checked but you might have had a mild bout of epididymitis then. Since your testicle didn't swell or symptoms didn't start with severe sudden testicular pain or fever, it's unlikely that you had a bacterial or viral infection of the testicle. The epididymus is a curly structure behind the testicle and once it's inflamed it can always feel a little uncomfortable.See MD as needed.
