A member asked:

I'm experiencing stomach problems, excessive bloating, nausea, constipation, cramping and discomfort which is causing me to fail to eat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gastroenterologist: If these are chronic symptoms you could be dealing with lactose or gluten intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome featuring constipation and not diarrhea. Try eliminating dairy products at first. If no improvement, then eliminate gluten which is mainly wheat products. You can prevent some gas buildup by taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal. Consult a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist.
