Hi, im 27 weeks pregnant. i had sharp pricking pains at around 4am this morning they lasted about 3 to 5 minutes. now i have what feels like a stomach ache cramping and also sharp pains periodically, but it feels like when i have a stomach ache/bug.

Call OB!: Crampy abdominal pain in a pregnant woman can be due to premature labor. Hopefully not but there is no way to tell on our end by your description. Please call your OB right away and if you don't hear back within 30 minutes, go to an ED or labor and delivery unit and get evaluated.
