Testing: You may have a simple head cold, but in view of your status as a healthcare provider I recommend testing. Loss of taste and smell could be temporary and caused by heavy congestion, but it is now considered almost a classic covid19 symptom. Notify your supervisor or your MD to get instructions re testing and isolate yourself from others in the meantime.
