Last night around 12:15am i was laying down and then turned onto my side and my testicles or both started hurting and today its been hurting on and off on one side and ive had to use the bathroom on and off and have felt sick on and off am i okay?

Uncertain: From the description you are unwell. Have you used the bathroom for frequent urination or defecation? What symptoms are you referring to by "felt sick"? Fever? Any urinary tract symptoms? Any discharge?
