Can a small accidental amount of sanitiser affect you if it gets in a cut or you inhale it, if so is it possible for the body to heal its self against situations like that. ?

Sanitizer: Different sanitizers have different chemical makeup. Many contain a high percentage of alcohol. A small amount that enters a cut or is inhaled will probably be ok. More prolonged exposure of fumes can be more of an issue.
