See a Dr.: Headache with stiff neck and dizziness could indicate a serious intracranial problem. It would be wise to see a Dr who can thoroughly examine you and determine if there is an infection or other problem that can be addressed. They may chose to do lab tests or other diagnostic tests such as a lumbar puncture to help with the diagnosis.
