Hormone stimulation: Breast growth is determined by hormone stimulation. Even if you are not pregnant, you have hormones being produced by the body, especially the ovaries, that cause the breast tissue to grow. There are genetic influences to this process that you are also dealing with. It's not just a weight issue.
