No: There is no magic to serum blood test. If you have had three negative urine tests you are not pregnant. The only concern would be if the test were taken all together. However, if they were taken a week apart there should be no issue. If taken all in a day or two wait a week and check one last time.

Pregnancy test: Urine tests are 99% accurate when properly performed. Their is still a remote chance that you are pregnancy and a blood test that measures HCG is the most accurate test. You don't have to take the blood test if a pregnancy is not a big concern for you. The other option is to wait a week and repeat the urine test. Your physician can order a uterine ultrasound that can be helpful.
