Pregnancy: They are likely Braxton Hicks contractions but the only way to tell for sure is to have your health care provider check your cervix for flattening and dilatation. If the cervix is rapidly changing over hours, you are dealing with true labor. Good luck. I have delivered thousands of babies and each case was wonderful!
