No COVID 19 Cure.: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion.

COVID-19: We don't have a cure for COVID-10. It tends to run it's course, but some people can become quite ill. There are no FDA approved drugs to treat this illness but studies have supported using two drugs: Remdesivir and dexamethasone. These drugs can be used "off label" to treat seriously ill patients. A vaccine is in the works and this would be the best option in the long run.
