external hemorrhoid that i can't get back in and very sore. had this cut out once before, about 5 years ago but a recent surge of going to the toilet too often has made this to now happen again. using ointment that not working. should i rather cut?

Hemorrhoids: Could try sitz baths - warm water bath 2-3 x a day, dietary changes to include more fiber/ greens to soften stool-were you going due to diarrhea or constipation with frequent small hard stool. If not tried consider Anusol a steroid suppository . At times if thrombosed it can lanced with removal of thrombosed blood and with sitz baths it may heal . F/u/ w/ MD
