See a Dr ASAP: Nausea accompanied by pain on neck flexion can be a sign that you have a serious infection. See a Dr ASAP. They will examine you and perform tests to determine the underlying cause of these symptoms and appropriate treatment.

Symptoms: Agree with earlier input. This might not be serious but there is potential for more worrisome causes - so would encourage prompt assessment.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
