Constant sweet smell in my nose, everything seems to smell sweet. Could diet changes have anything to do with this. Now eat more meat and protein?
Im not sure whats going on but I have a metallic smell in my nose and mouth when I eat certain foods like meat or tomato sauce but I can eat a few things like tuna salad, potatoes and sweet things, whats going on with me?
