I have dull pain at the middle of my chest. i have had pain at the very left of my chest close to my armpit, but not really the center. it also hurts more when i press it. what should i do with this?

Musculoskeletal...: Sounds like a Musculoskeletal Disorder, probably muscle strain. If warm compresses and OTC Ibuprofen with food do not give sufficient relief a work up with the Doctor including some imaging might be helpful. Remember to continue with Covid-19 precautions par WHO/CDC.
