See your Dr: It takes between 10-14 days for the wound at the circumcision site to heal properly. The site heals by growing new layers of skin. It is important that abrasive cleansers not be used as they can disrupt the growth. Since you are right at that cutoff, I would suggest that you contact the Dr who did the surgery and let them know that it has not yet healed. They may want to see you back.

Stop using salt: It can take up to a Month for a circumcision to heal. Stop using salt on the wound. Just keep the wound clean and apply some antibiotic ointment. You should go see your surgeon to make sure there’s no wound infection
