Probably normal: At 8 months, your cervix and vagina are engorged from the pressure of your enlarged uterus. While safe, sex may cause abrasions and micro-lacerations which cause a bit of bleeding. Spotting is normal. If you have heavier bleeding, more than a pad, you should see your Dr immediately as conditions like placenta previa or placental abruption could be happening.
