What symptoms would justify a blood test for my thyroid? i have various symptoms plus a genetic predisposition, i just don't know of it is all linked or am i imagining it

See below: First , I would not ignore symptoms are bothering you -call your doctor- high and low thyroid cause different symptoms - but some simple blood tests can tell if your thyroid is abnormal -good luck

Agree with Dr. B: Do see a doctor who can evaluate your symptoms. A single blood test is usually sufficient to assess thyroid health. Wish you good health!
