Is there a condition that causes a high sedentary heart rate 90-110bpm 8-10 hours a day and sleep rate 60-70bpm. because of the high sedentary rate im loosing weight and inflamed hscrp 18 >6 months. no pain or shortness of breath with exercise.

See below: Your numbers (heart rate) are within normal limits- Trained athletes can have much lower resting heart rates - I urge you to not worry about your heart rate - and congratulate you on your attempt to loose weight and become less sedentary - It takes time but is worth the effort in terms of health benefits - reducing chance of diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer - Good luck
