12w5d preg. at 9 wk ultrasound i was told i have a fibroid. went for my scan today (diff doctor) - he could not see anything. i have a pain at the top of my tummy in a certain spot. if i touch it then it is sore to the touch from outsid. is this bad?

Likely unrelated: A fibroid is simply an overgrowth of uterine muscle at a focal area that often resembles a knot/ball. It's potential size varies from tiny to very large. It rarely causes any symptoms. Your focal pain is likely unrelated. If it bothers you have it evaluated.
