Yes: Given that most women ovulate 14 days after the start of their period, having sex 7 days or so after your period is over --especially if it lasted 5 days or more -- is a set up for pregnancy. Sperm last a few days after sex. So if you are not wanting to get pregnant and is happened in the last few days, consider emergency contraception.
