See a Dr: Pain in the upper right quadrant of the Abdomen can be caused by inflammation or problems in any of the organs located there including : parts of your liver, right kidney, gallbladder, pancreas, and large and small intestine. Since it is a strong pain, it would be wise to see a Dr who can perform an exam and run tests/imaging and then treat whatever problem they find.
