SSRI's: One study "found a 4-fold increased risk for diabetes associated with the long-term use of paroxetine in daily doses above 20 mg/day, but not of fluoxetine, citalopram, or sertraline." REF: https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/590844#vp_2 This study did not look at all SSRI's.
