Asthma/chronic : For persistent asthma, please follow your asthma plan. You may upload the plan and medications for review during an inbox consultation. Your peak flow and pulmonary function testing may be uploaded to your Healthtap chart. Avoid illness by following guidelines for social distancing, hand washing and wearing a mask. Continue to use your usual inhalers and avoid your known triggers.

COVID 19: Tightly control asthma. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
