Wrong site: This site is for sharing general health care questions, not for answering insurance questions. You have two choices. Call your Insurance Company and ask them what is and is not covered. You are only covered for those services for which the Insurance Company (even if it's Government Insurance) collects a premium. The other choice is to call a doctors office and ask if they accept your insurance.
