Urticaria: Urticaria is the medical term for hives. This has multiple potential causes, many of which are allergic reactions. Possibly sensitivity to chlorine could do this, although have never seen this happen. May not be related to your fall in pool, but just circumstantial. Measles does not present with urticaria. Your self-diagnosis needs physician confirmation.
