Wound odor : Not sure but it sounds like the wound is infected. I would contact the person who did the cesarean right away, first, you can go to urgent care or emergency room.

Call your OB MD: You may have a developing wound infection that needs eyes on by your OB MD. Contact him/her immediately to be evaluated.
