Healthy diet: Thank you for your work during the crisis. Eating well, including five daily servings of fruits and vegetables, avoiding junk food and sweets, having enough rest and taking walks or exercising may be helpful in keeping you healthy.

Thanks for your work: Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises. A women's multiple vitamin should be fine (sorry, HealthTap doctors have been asked to not endorse specific product lines.)
