Candida: Candida vaginitis is associated with vulvovaginal erythema, edema and possible fissures and dyspareunia. It occurs usually just pre-menses. It is characterized by white "clumpy" discharge which is often scant. The vaginal pH is usually 4.0 to 4.5.
