Candida: Candida vaginitis is associated with vulvovaginal erythema, edema and possible fissures and dyspareunia. It occurs usually just pre-menses. It is characterized by white "clumpy" discharge which is often scant. The vaginal pH is usually 4.0 to 4.5.

"Fleshy bumps" is not typical, but mild cases of candida vaginitis can have itching and irritation without redness. If previously professionally diagnosed and symptoms the same, you probably have it.
