my periods are 8 days late and my dr says i have candida (yeast infection). how do i treat this?

Yeast infection: Yeast infections may be treated with OTC meds such as: Clotrimazole, Miconazole, Butoconazole & Tioconazole. Sometimes prescription of Diflucan (Fluconazole)may be indicated.
