At work cleaning area around the toilet..we did not have a mop so i used paper towels and simple green cleaner.my worry is that i got some of the urine on my hand and maybe i did not notice of i touched my eyes or mouth. do i have to worry std/hiv

Probably not: However, are you provided with gloves and mask? At the same time, I am concerned if you weren't provided a mop. I would clean hands well with soap and water after dealing with contaminated surfaces. It is unlikely that you will get an STD from this. In the future, for your wellbeing - please be prepared to be able to protect yourself.
